Account Management and User Control

Inviting a New User to Grant Holster
(NOTE: This may only be completed by an Admin.)

Once you are logged in to Grant Holster (GH) go to the Account section. This opens the Account Management screen. 
Click User Management, then click Invite New User in the upper right corner.

The following form will pop-up:

Roles
Editor - The user will be able to both view and edit data in Grant Holster.
Viewer - The user will be able to view data in Grant Holster but will NOT be able to edit any data.

Type of User
Internal - If they are internal users (within your organization), choose internal.
External - If the user you are inviting is outside your organization, such as a client, choose external.

Clients
If you have entered clients in Grant Holster, you may choose which clients the invited user will have access to. (Remember that this is still based on the viewer/editor settings you selected above.) You will need to go back to this setting to give access to any additional clients that are added in the future.



NOTE:
You CANNOT invite other users to your Grant Holster account until you have added at least one client. 

Once you have invited the user and the user has accepted, you will need to give the invited user access to clients. 
When you (or the invited user) adds a client, you will then have to add access to that client. This is for security purposes.
