When you don't have multiple clients (for example, a non-profit) you can use the "Client" tab to track your organization's Programs, Departments, etc.

For example, a non-profit homeless shelter could add a "Client" for "Food Program" and that would allow you to enter data for that program specifically, as well as track that program.

If you are using the Silver or Gold level, this would also allow you to enter additional program-specific data in the GrantVault(TM).
