What is the difference between "Awarded" and "Accepted"

What is the difference between "Awarded" and "Accepted"

Awarded is for Projects 

(grant applications) that involve money being awarded.

Accepted is for Actions (a phone call, meeting, etc. for a project).

While in the Projects tab, you will only see projects.

If you go to the Deadlines tab, you will see everything with a due date associated with it, which will be both Projects and Actions.
